Emmy-Nominated Director Lauren Meyer (C) is a highly respected storyteller whose work has aired on dozens of TV networks, cable channels and digital platforms. She began filming "The Other Boys of Summer" as a passion project in 2007 when she realized if she didn't go and interview the players now, their personal stories would be lost forever.
"I’d highly recommend that other teams and communities consider this opportunity to share the Negro Leagues history and embark on a social and cultural conversation that’s more relevant today than ever." Charley Frank, Executive Director, Cincinati Reds Community Fund
